The business recruitment team of the Kansas Department of Commerce (KDOC) Business Recruitment team is a key allie in assisting business in their unique expansion needs. KDOC provides site location assistance, locating existing buildings and sites, creating customized incentive proposals, based upon capital investment, full-time job creation, average annual salaries, and each company’s unique needs.

The various types of State performance-based incentive programs may include workforce training, development assistance, tax credits & sales tax exemptions, and performance-based cash grants, such programs as the High Performance Incentive Program (HPIP), Promoting Employment Across Kansas (PEAK), and other programs.
